1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Before you start cooking your Peachy Turkey Burger over Greens with Endive, Bacon, Avocado, and Gorgonzola, you must preheat your grill to medium-high heat. This will ensure that your turkey burger is cooked to perfection.

To preheat your grill, turn the gas or charcoal on and wait for the temperature to reach the desired heat. Once it does, you can place your turkey burger on the grill and begin cooking. Make sure to keep an eye on the temperature and adjust it as needed.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

To make it, start by mixing together 1 pound of ground turkey, 1/4 cup of diced peaches, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a medium bowl. Once the ingredients are mixed together, form the mixture into four patties.

Next, season the mixture with salt and pepper, and mix everything together until it is evenly combined. After that, form the turkey mixture into four patties, making sure that each patty is the same size and thickness. Once the patties are formed, place them on a plate and cover with plastic wrap.

4. Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.

Then, mix together the ground turkey, peaches, garlic, and spices in a bowl until combined. Form the mixture into four patties and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together the endive, bacon, avocado, and gorgonzola.

Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the burgers are cooked through.

5. in a large bowl, combine 4 cups of mixed greens and some other things.

In a large bowl, combine 4 cups of mixed greens, 2 heads of endive, 1/2 cup cooked bacon, 1 diced avocado, and 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Toss the ingredients together to combine.

Once the turkey burgers are cooked, place them on top of the salad. To finish, top the burgers with a peach chutney or your favorite condiment.

6. Toss the salad with your favorite vinaigrette.

While the patties are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Once the bacon is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the endive until it is wilted. Once the patties are done baking, assemble the burgers. Place the patty on a bed of greens, top with bacon, endive, avocado, and gorgonzola. Finally, toss the salad with your favorite vinaigrette.

7. Place the cooked turkey burgers on top of the salad.

Form the mixture into patties and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes, flipping once halfway through. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the salad by combining the greens, endive, and avocado in a large bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. When the turkey burgers are done cooking, place them on top of the salad. Finally, top the burgers with the bacon, gorgonzola, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
